Responsibilities:

• Manage all patient session billing and invoicing.
• Track and record consumables used in patient care.
• Maintain accurate financial records and ensure timely billing.
• Handle accounts receivable and payable.
• Prepare financial reports and assist with budget planning.
• Coordinate with the clinical team to verify billing information.
• Respond to patient and client inquiries regarding billing issues.
• Ensure compliance with all financial regulations and company policies.

Requirements:

• Diploma or degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Proven experience in billing, accounting, or financial administration.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Knowledge of medical billing is an advantage.
