Must be able to start work on the 13th of May 2024.

Office based at Menara PKNS, Petaling Jaya. 

Salary: RM 2300 (Renewable 1 year contract)

Serious candidates only !!! 

Work pattern is from Monday - Sunday.

• 5 Days Work / 2 Rotational Off days
• Working hours: (8am - 5pm) and (10am - 7pm) 
• NO NIGHT SHIFTS

We are a single point of contact to respond to customer enquiries and feedback on billing and account related matters based in Petaling Jaya. (near LRT Taman Jaya)

Candidates will need to email attached Diploma Certs/ Degree Certs when contacted. If you are waiting to Graduate please provide us a your Completion Letter.

JOB RESPONSIBILITY

- Paid Training will be provided on the first month 

- NO Marketing or Sales involved

- Call Centre handling billing enquiries from customers

- Identify and handle customer inquires till completion, ensuring highest accuracy and customer satisfaction.

- Possess strong ownership and responsibility to complete assigned tasks within the timeline.

- To be a good participation team player in helping the team to achieve the overall KPI’s.

- To manage internal and external customers with high respect while maintaining professionalism.

- Ensure the data are accurate and reported timely to the superiors for KPI reporting.

- To carry out any ad-hoc special tasks assigned by the management.

JOB REQUIREMENT

- Candidate Must possess at a Diploma/Degree (MQA accredited) in any field.

- Preferably with minimum of 0-1 year working experience in Administration / Customer Service

- Fluency in English and Bahasa Malaysia is compulsory (both speaking and writing).

- Ability to handle large volume of telephone calls and email enquiries.
