Responsibilities :

• Develop 3D model for structure and architecture element.
• Checking on the drawing discrepancies between structure, architecture, and M&E.
• Highlight all the clashes by perform clash analysis and coordinate with architect and consultant to reduce the issue on drawing.
• Attend coordination meeting and follow up on the latest drawing and update the 3D model from time to time if there are any changes.
• Develop standard family library for architecture element.
• Other duties and assignments to be assigned by the Management as and when necessary.

Requirements :

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Engineering (Civil Engineering) or equivalent.
• Knowledge in AutoCAD and preparing drawing.
• Knowledge in software such as Sketchup and Revit will be an advantages.
• Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin.
• Candidates fluent in Mandarin preferred as job role is required to communicate in Mandarin.
