BIM Modeler Intern

Job Description

• Assist in creating and modifying detailed 3D BIM models using software such as Revit, AutoCAD, and Navisworks according to project specifications.
• Help manage model databases, ensuring accuracy and reliability of data input into BIM models.
• Aid in developing documentation for project designs and modifications using BIM software.
• Participate in the review of BIM models to ensure compliance with industry and project standards.
• Engage in learning opportunities within the company to enhance skills and knowledge in BIM technologies and methodologies.

Requirements

Education:

• Currently pursuing a degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field with a strong emphasis on BIM technologies.

Skills:

• Proficiency in BIM software, especially Revit and AutoCAD.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively with team members across multiple disciplines.
• Basic understanding of construction processes, architecture, or engineering principles.
