Role Purpose

To ensure the principal’s safety and security at all times through proactive risk prevention, seamless coordination, and rapid response, with zero compromise on discretion and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities

· Provide close protection and ongoing risk assessment for the principal

· Plan, assess, and execute secure travel routes and movement logistics

· Monitor surroundings continuously to identify and mitigate potential threats

· Coordinate effectively with other SOT members, and relevant stakeholders

· Execute security protocols during travel, meetings, and public/private engagements

· Respond decisively to emergencies and security incidents

· Maintains continuous readiness and high alertness at all times

· Strong team player, able to coordinate seamlessly with drivers, SOT members, and support staff

· Exercises sound judgment and composure under pressure

· Upholds strict confidentiality and discretion at all times

Requirements

Candidate Requirements

· Proven experience in close protection / executive protection (military or law enforcement background preferred)

· Strong physical fitness and proficiency in defensive and protective techniques

· Demonstrated capability in threat assessment and risk mitigation

· Valid security certifications or licenses (where applicable)

· Ability to work irregular hours and travel as required

· High level of professionalism, discipline, and integrity

· Effective communication skills (English required; additional languages are an advantage)

Preferred Profile

· Experience supporting corporate executives or high -net -worth individuals

· Defensive driving capability with valid license

· First aid / emergency response certification
