Bookkeeper and Finance (Fresh Graduates Encouraged to Apply) - Immediate Start

Bookkeeping: Assist in maintaining accurate financial records, including accounts payable and receivable, expenses, and revenue.

Data Entry: Ensure timely and accurate entry of financial transactions into accounting software and spreadsheets.

Bank Reconciliation: Assist in reconciling bank statements and other financial accounts to ensure accuracy and completeness.

Invoicing and Billing: Support the invoicing process, including generating invoices, sending them to clients, and tracking payments.

Financial Reporting: Assist in the preparation of financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.

Inventory management: Real time inventory management 

Administrative Support: Provide general administrative support to the finance team, including filing, organizing documents, and handling correspondence.

Compliance: Assist in ensuring compliance with financial regulations and company policies.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply).

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Strong numerical aptitude and attention to detail.

Intermediate to Advance in Microsoft Excel and other accounting software is required.

Excellent organizational and time management skills.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
