Fully responsible for all matters relating to our operations in Perak and report directly to the Head Office from time to time.
Identify and protect company assets through the development and implementation of security protocols.
Make sure that staff and security guard follow security procedures and guidelines.
To ensure that the clients requirements on the preference guards are fulfilled.
Investigate, resolve issues and attend to all complaints received from clients.
Responsible for the welfare of the guard and to ensure that they are properly attired at all times when they are on duty.
To organize regular visits to clients so as to maintain close rapport and to gather feedback.
You are required to prepare and submit daily report regarding day to day activities to the Head Office.
You may also be required to carry out other duties and job functions as may be assigned to you from time to time by Management.
