Branch Operation & Admin Executive (Mandarin Speaker)

Job Description: 

• Assist in agent recruitment process in the area of issuance and update agent codes, agency structure and others.
• Prepare and issue official correspondences on agent termination, promotion and demotion.
• Assist in the area of agency's affairs including printing of agent name tag and name card ordering.
• Prepare monthly agency manpower and active agents report and analysis.
• Process and submit customer documents on additional benefits offered by Company to external parties, financial institutions, and Medical Vouchers entitlement for customer.
• Assist in other branch commission computation in order to meet the deadline of monthly agents' commission payout.
• Assist in counter operation including checking and reserving lot, serving call-In or walk-in customer and agents.
• Assist in cashier operation including dally cash and cheque bank-in, reconciliation of receipt with Daily Receipt Listing and others from time to time.
• Any other duties as assigned by the superior and management to you from time to time.

Job Requirements:

• Possess Diploma and above.
• Computer literate with good interpersonal skills.
• Able to communicate and write in Mandarin and English language.
• One year administration experience in service industry.
