Branch Sales Manager (HVAC)

Key Responsibilities:

1. Sales & Business Development

· Achieve branch sales targets, revenue, and profitability goals.

· Plan, implement, and monitor sales strategies to grow the customer base.

· Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers, partners, and stakeholders.

· Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to recommend improvements.

2. Branch Operations & Administration

· Oversee daily branch operations, including inventory management, stock control, and workflow organization.

· Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and legal requirements.

· Monitor branch financial performance, including budgets, expenses, and profitability.

· Implement operational improvements to increase efficiency and productivity.

3. Team Leadership & Human Resources

· Lead, train, and motivate branch staff to achieve business goals.

· Assign tasks and supervise service team activities to ensure timely and high -quality delivery.

· Conduct performance evaluations, coaching, and development planning.

· Foster a positive work environment and maintain staff discipline.

4. Customer Service & Quality Assurance

· Ensure high standards of customer service across all branch functions.

· Handle customer escalations and complaints professionally and efficiently.

· Monitor service delivery and operational standards to maintain quality and consistency.

Requirements

Requirements

· Degree/Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering (with air conditioning knowledge).

· Preferably with more than 5 years working experience in air conditioning industry.

· Good command of Mandarin, English and Bahasa Malaysia.

· Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word.

· Good interpersonal and communication skills.

· Self -motivated, team player, able to work under pressure.
