Branch Supervisor

Company Background:

We are representing our esteemed client in the Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) industry in their search for a dedicated and dynamic individual to join their growing team as a Branch Supervisor. We are seeking a candidate who is passionate about wellness and healthcare, with strong leadership skills and a customer-oriented mindset to oversee daily operations and ensure the smooth functioning of the branch.

Job Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations, ensuring smooth and efficient clinic activities.
• Ensure compliance with local healthcare regulations, TCM protocols, andcompany standards.
• Manage branch inventory, including herbal products, acupuncture needles, another supplies.
• Monitor clinic cleanliness, patient safety, and equipment maintenance.
• Lead, motivate, and supervise a team of healthcare professionals, including incensed practitioners, support staff, and administrative personnel.
• Recruit, hire, and train staff in accordance with company policies and TCM best practices.dedicated
• Conduct regular performance evaluations, provide feedback, and implement professional development opportunities.
• Foster a collaborative and positive work environment.
• Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by promoting excellent service and addressing any patient concerns or complaints promptly.
• Oversee customer consultations, treatment plans, and follow-ups, ensuring TCM practitioners are safe, effective, and appropriate care.
• Assist in promoting customer education about TCM practices, therapies, and health management.
• Drive revenue growth by overseeing clinic sales goals and service offerings.
• Monitor financial performance, track KPIs, and manage budgets for clinic operations.
• Conduct regular audits and assessments of the clinics operations to ensure quality standards are met.
• Ensure proper documentation of patient records and medical histories in accordance with privacy laws.

Job Requirements:

• At least 2 years of relevant experience in a supervisory or managerial role within healthcare industry.
• Good communication skills
• A passion for the retail and healthcare industries, with a commitment to delivering excellent customer service.
• Willing to work on Saturday.
