Brand Executive

This is a unique opportunity for a growth specialist to develop within a VC-backed startup that aims to become the next global consumer goods giant. As a Brand Executive, you will work closely with Brand Managers to scale our portfolio of Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) brands!

• Assist the brand manager in the daily management of your DTC brand across all dimensions, including operations, marketing, channel / geographic expansion, and new product development
• Create compelling campaign briefs and guidelines for influencers, ensuring alignment with brand messaging and goals.
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.
• Coordinate internal and external resources across various support functions to support the execution of new and ongoing initiatives (e.g., promotions, social media, performance marketing, SEO)

• You have 0-2 years of relevant experience in brand management, e-commerce, marketing, or other technical role, preferably at a fast-paced startup / B2C space
• Bachelor’s degree from a top tier university in a relevant or technical field
• Concise and clear communicator, both written and verbal
• Outstanding organisational skills and experience in effectively coordinating projects across multiple departments
• Strong ownership and entrepreneurial drive. A self-starter that takes initiative, is comfortable with ambiguity and is willing to get hands dirty, and a fast learner
• Demonstrates high quality judgement and decision-making, end-to-end thinking, as well as strong analytical skills
• Experienced with and passion for e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, Shopee), consumer products, and digital marketing a plus
• Thrives in a rapidly growing and radically changing environment, and is eager to help build Una Brands into the next VC-backed unicorn
