We are in need of an organized Brand Experience Assistant Manager (Event Management) to join our growing team at Cheil Malaysia Sdn Bhd in KL Eco City, Kuala Lumpur.

You will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to enhance the overall perception and interaction that consumers have with a brand.

The goal is to build a positive and memorable experience that aligns with our client’s brand values and objectives.

 

You will work within the Brand Experience team reporting to the Brand Experience Team Lead (HOD) to ensure client expectations met.

 

Key Responsibilities:

Brand Strategy:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive brand experience strategies that align with the overall brand objectives.

Event Management:

  • Develop event concepts and themes that enhance the brand experience and engage customers.
  • Create detailed event plans, including timelines, budgets and resource requirements.
  • Coordinate with relevant teams to ensure events align with the brand's identity and objectives.
  • Oversee on-site event logistics, ensuring everything runs smoothly and according to plan.

Customer Journey:

  • Analyze and optimize the end-to-end customer journey, identifying opportunities for improvement and innovation.

 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Marketing, or related field.
  • Proven experience in event planning and management, with a focus on creating positive customer experiences.
  • Strong organisational and project management skills, with attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Occasional extended hours and weekend commitment is required.
  • Travel will be required.

 

Preferred Skills:

  • Familiarity with the latest trends and technologies in the event industry.
  • Creative thinking, passion for innovation and problem-solving skills.
