Brand Marketing Executive - Start Immediately

Job Summary: 

The Brand Marketing Executive is a creative and results-oriented individual responsible for supporting the execution of brand marketing campaigns, social media initiatives, and public relations efforts for the Senheng App. This role involves creating engaging content, managing social media channels, and assisting in the development of brand awareness and engagement strategies to promote the Senheng App and the S-Rewards Centre.
 

Responsibilities and Duties:

• Create and curate engaging content for Senheng App's social media channels (META, Instagram, YouTube, Xiao Hong Shu, etc.), ensuring alignment with the overall brand voice and messaging.  
• Schedule and publish social media content across various platforms, optimizing for maximum reach and engagement. 
• Monitor and respond to comments and messages on social media channels, fostering positive interactions with the audience. 
• Track and analyze social media metrics, providing regular reports on campaign performance and identifying areas for improvement. 
• Assist in the development and execution of branding/education campaigns related to the Senheng App, S-Coin, and S-Rewards Centre. 
• Support public relations initiatives by coordinating with media outlets and influencers (or agencies) to secure coverage and partnerships. 
• Collaborate with other teams within the Marketing Division and Commercial Division to ensure cohesive messaging and integrated marketing efforts. 
• Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends and best practices to continuously improve the effectiveness of marketing campaigns.
   

Qualifications and Skills:

• Required: 
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a brand marketing or social media role. 
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms and content creation best practices. 
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. 
  • Proficiency in graphic design and video editing tools is a plus.
• Advantage: 
  • Experience in the e-commerce industry. 
  • Familiarity with marketing analytics tools to measure campaign performance.
