Responsibilities:
- Assist in developing and executing the company's brand strategy, to meet the sales revenue and target for B2C division.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop creative campaigns and initiatives that align with the brand strategy.
- Monitor the brand sales performance and provide regular reports to management.
- Analyses the brand or the campaign performance, and provide insight to optimize the future performance of the brands.
- Manage the brand’s on-platform backend (Shopee, Lazada & TikTok), to make sure the promotion or campaign launch smoothly.
- Assist in managing relationships with external partners, such as Key Account Manager and agencies.
- Perform any ad-hoc task assign by HOD/Management as and when required.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
- 2+ years of experience in brand management, preferably in an e-commerce company
- Passionate & knowledge in beauty industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong project management skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficient with Microsoft office, Experience in Photoshop/Illustrator
