Building & Customer Service Executive - Urgent Role

Key roles and responsibilities:-

• Provides assistance and administrative support to the Concierge Department.
• Supervise the daily activities of the Concierge Department.
• Ensure that all owners & guest enquires are handling in a professional, efficient manner.
• Provide world class service in the areas of tenant handling, information, eg: transportation, travelling, gourmet, building services and any other related.
• To assist the Manager in the day-to-day running of the Admin. Department, specifically in the areas of Finance.
• To assist the Building Manager/Asset Manager and/or its assigned Officer in supervising the day to day operation of the building;
• To attend to residents’ feedback and to answer all enquiries.
• To assist the Building Manager/Asset Manager, and/or it’s assigned Officer in the maintenance and management of the building;
• To assist the Building Manager/Asset Manager, and/or its assigned Officer in value enhancement projects of the building;
• To ensure timely update on the residents’ records.
• To attend to the renovations, moving in and out; and ad hoc servicing request of the residents and owners and ensure compliance to the building by-laws.
• To assist on the credit control actions where required;

Skills & Experiences:-

• Candidate must possess minimum SPM/STPM or a recognised Diploma/Degree/Professional Qualification in Property/Estate Management, Customer Relations, Engineering, Town Planning, Architecture, Building Surveyor, Construction, Finance, Accounts or its equivalent.
• Candidate without recognised qualification but have extensive exposure of property management service and customer service are welcomed to submit application.
• Fresh graduate or with at least 1 year of relevant working experience in property management industry.
• Exposure and knowledge of Statutory Acts/Building/Planning/Local Authority By-laws or in property management function covering operations, upkeep and financial managemenwould be an advantage.
• Possess good communication and written skills in Mandarin, English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Well versed in Microsoft Words, Excel and good analytical skills.
