Qualifications & experience

• At least 3 years solid experience in managing high rise facilities and customer service in property industry.
• Strong sense of responsibility, service awareness, good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Excellent capability of document writing and good at MS Office.
• Able to communicate in English, Malay & Mandarin.

Tasks & responsibilities

• Assist and attend to residents' inquiries and resolve their complaints and problems. Liaising with residents and maintenance team on day-to-day operation matters.
• Monitor collection of monthly maintenance fees and charges and payment of salary, water & electricity bills and other outgoings.
• Report to the management committee and residents on the issues of maintenance and development.
• Ensure compliance of house rules, law and by-laws.
• Event management, house management, administrative assistance etc.
• Other scope of work reasonably expected as a building manager of a condominium.
