Job Scope
In charge of and supervise all management operations and administrative work of the Management Corporation (MC) for the Residential Property including but not limited to: -
- Building Operations
- Budget Management and Financial Reporting
- Tenant Relations and Communications
- Emergency Response and Contingency Planning
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in real estate, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
- At least 5 years of experience in property management
- Overall experience in overseeing daily operation, management, and administration of residential properties.
- Knowledge of commercial real estate laws and legislation on property management
- Good communication, negotiation, and customer service skills
- Strong critical thinking, problem-solving skills, and leadership skills
- Proficiency in budgeting, financial analysis, and property management software
- Ability to prioritize tasks, handle multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Good written & spoken communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia. Mandarin is an added advantage.
