Penerangan Pekerjaan - Business Administrator / Human Resources Manager

The Business Administrator is responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the company’s administrative functions. This role involves overseeing various administrative tasks, coordinating with different departments, and supporting the management team to enhance productivity and efficiency. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Administrative Support:

  • Manage day-to-day administrative operations, including scheduling meetings, handling correspondence, and maintaining records.
  • Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documents.
  • Coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance with company policies.

Financial Administration:

  • Assist in the preparation and management of budgets.
  • Process invoices, receipts, and other financial documents.
  • Monitor expenses and ensure timely payment of bills.

Human Resources Support:

  • Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations.
  • Assist in the recruitment process, including job postings, screening candidates, and coordinating interviews.
  • Organize employee training and development programs.

Customer Service:

  • Handle inquiries from clients and suppliers, providing excellent customer service and resolving issues promptly.
  • Maintain and update customer databases.
  • Assist in managing customer orders and ensuring timely delivery of products.

Inventory and Supply Chain Management:

  • Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the procurement team to ensure adequate stock of supplies.
  • Assist in managing supplier relationships and negotiating contracts.
  • Oversee logistics and distribution activities to ensure efficient delivery of products.

Project Management:

  • Support the planning and execution of company projects.
  • Track project progress and report on milestones and deliverables.
  • Coordinate with various departments to ensure project objectives are met.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as an administrative or business manager, preferably in the medical supply or healthcare industry.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Knowledge of basic accounting principles and financial administration.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • High level of professionalism and confidentiality.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with inventory management systems.
  • Familiarity with HR software and tools.
  • Project management certification or experience.
