Business Analyst

Key Responsibilities:

• Gather user requirements and establish project plan with business lines
• Collect, prepare, analyse and interpret data
• Prepare clear and well-structured business requirements/ project planning/ functional specification/ system & training documents
• Assist with project management for selected projects
• Coordinate with different departmental teams to accomplish for selected projects
• Test business solution processes and recommend improvements
• Communicate and validate the project application with relevant stakeholders
• Prepare analysis report through data visualization tools
• Liaise with business units to fine-tune the reports according to business needs and company direction
• Collaborate with project manager on roadmap planning and prioritization

Requirements:

• Bachelor in Business Management / Finance / Mathematics / Statistics / Computer Science / Information System
• 2+ year experience in similar job duties
• Detail-minded with logical thinking, strong problem solving skills and good communication skills
• Proficiency in both spoken Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin) and English would be an advantage
• Hands-on experience on POS would be an advantage
