BUSINESS ANALYST, GROUP DIGITAL AND PRODUCT
General responsibilities
⢠Contributes to the successful definition and implementation of technology that delivers meaningful solutions to the Business Units and functions
⢠Works with key stakeholders to identify problems, business needs and successfully translates them into meaningful, effective requirements and user stories that are useful to the
development team
⢠Is familiar with Agile Scrum activities, and working with UIUX, product owners, developers, testers, product managers, and stakeholders.
⢠Conducting analyses of data and reports to identify opportunities for new product enhancements or improvements to existing processes or offerings
⢠Assist the product owner with creating and maintaining a healthy and ordered product backlog
⢠Develop and document business processes and flow diagrams
⢠Provides overall product management support where necessary
⢠Keeps abreast of user experience trends and best practices, and performs UIUX focus group activities to drive best-in-class user experience of ITâs core products
⢠Demonstrates ability to communicate well, influence laterally and horizontally, and manage key
stakeholders
⢠Pays high attention to detail and is able to effectively analyze and conceptualize requirements and processes
⢠Works well within high volume of work, within collaborative environments, and with projects driven heavily by deadlines
