Job Description

- Work within our business consulting division, specializing in financial consulting services such as fractional CFO support, fundraising, and corporate finance advice.
- Take an active role in conducting business and financial due diligence, preparing analysis, valuation reports, and other necessary documentation for our consulting projects.
- Directly report to the Head of Department, collaborating with a range of startups and small to medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) to provide guidance and achieve successful outcomes in our service areas.
- Conduct industry and market research, as well as analyze case studies to support our consulting efforts.
- Collaborate with clients to evaluate their business models, growth strategies, and value proposition relative to similar companies.
- Perform financial analysis, develop financial projections, and conduct equity valuation assessments.
- Participate in various consultation projects and corporate initiatives for clients, ensuring smooth end-to-end project delivery.
- Oversee the comprehensive onboarding process, ensuring a strong understanding of the client's business and effective management of all necessary procedures before transitioning the workflow.
- Prioritize and manage workflow systematically to meet project requirements.

Job Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field; CPA and/or MBA are advantageous
- At least 2 years of pertinent experience
- Proactive and self-motivated
- Excellent project management abilities to handle multiple projects and tight timelines
- Past experience with startups and/or rapidly expanding SMEs is beneficial
