Job description

• Update the department and Division KPI template for Half-Yearly and Financial Year-End
• Perform checking, tracking and reconciliation of monthly headcount report to ensure completeness
• Producing, tracking and monitoring monthly staff training records
• Representative for the Division at Division-level meetings
• To monitor the Fixed Asset Registered
• To coordinate all compliance and operational risk related matters
• To compile weekly / monthly reports
• To lead Division engagement and events
• Other duties as required by Head of Division in support of the Risk Management function

Skill requirement

• Meticulous with an aptitude for numbers and yet able to have a macro view
• Strong analytical, written and oral communication skills
• Able to multi-task in a complex and changing environment
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications to produce and reconcile reports
