Business Analyst + Project Manager

Key Responsibilities

1. Gather, analyze, and document business requirements (BRD, FRD, SRS).
2. Conduct stakeholder meetings, workshops, and requirement elicitation sessions.
3. Translate business requirements into functional specifications for technical teams.
4. Create user stories, acceptance criteria, use cases, and process flow diagrams.
5. Perform gap analysis and impact analysis.
6. Coordinate with QA for UAT planning and validation.
7. Ensure traceability of requirements throughout the project lifecycle.
8. Develop project plans, timelines, and resource allocation plans.
9. Track project milestones, risks, dependencies, and deliverables.
10. Facilitate sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and review meetings (Agile/Scrum).
11. Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies.
12. Ensure projects are delivered within scope, timeline, and budget.
13. Monitor team performance and drive accountability.

Required Skills & Qualifications

1. 3–4 years of experience in Business Analysis and/or Project Management.
2. Strong understanding of SDLC and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
3. Experience with project management tools (JIRA, Confluence, Trello, MS Project, etc.).
4. Excellent documentation and communication skills.
5. Strong stakeholder management and coordination abilities.
6. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
7. Basic understanding of technical concepts (APIs, databases, system integrations preferred).
