Business Analyst- Trade Finance

We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst to join our Trade Finance team. The successful candidate will work closely with stakeholders to identify business needs, gather requirements, and translate them into technical specifications.

Responsibilities:

• Elicit business requirements from stakeholders and translate them into user stories
• Collaborate with local stakeholders to gather functional information and provide solutions to meet business requirements
• Define clear action plans for deliverables and ensure timely execution
• Develop technical specifications and user stories in alignment with business objectives
• Troubleshoot and assist the team in resolving technical challenges
• Ensure compliance with security and governance policies

Requirements:

• 3-5 years of experience in Trade Finance
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• Strong experience in Agile Methodology environment
• In-depth knowledge of BA, FTI, FCC, Finastra, Limits (Limit Set Up, Trade Limit Utilization, Reporting on Credit/Utilization)
• Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills

• Experience in documenting methodology and approach
• Ability to identify and escalate technical and functional challenges, risks, and issues
• Strong presentation skills for weekly updates and action plans
