We are currently looking for talented individuals to join us for below role
Business & Project Management SpecialistWe are currently based at KL Eco City, Malaysia.
Execute Business & Project Management processes for MODEC organization following the methodologies established in the Management System, so as to support internal client to achieve their goals and the company to achieve the strategy.
Key Accountabilities
Strategy Management - Ensure the following task is performed in a timely manner, following established templates and methodology, to support strategy planning deadlines.
Perform the analysis of the internal and external strengths and weaknesses and definition of the strategic goals.
Performance Management - Ensure the following tasks are performed accurately, following established templates and methodology, and meet performance management cycle milestones.
Define each Departments and Projects goals.
Check and validate the calculation of KPIs and update on the system done by Junior Analysts.
Schedule and support the facilitation of results-based meetings with Departments and Projects.
Project Management - Ensure the following tasks are performed in a timely manner, following established methodology, to support managers on project planning and monitoring. Support and guide the departments to prepare Project Plan and update Project Status in the system regarding Schedule, Costs, Quality, Scope, Communications, Risk, Resources and Stakeholders.
Perform the quality checks on the Project Plan and Monitoring activities done by Junior Analysts and Analysts.
Process Management - Ensure the following tasks are performed accurately, in a timely manner, following established methodology and taxonomy.
Map Standards, Process Maps and Work Instructions with the departments, following standard notation.
Identify gaps and opportunities for improvements.
Coordinate the IMS documents preparation for the departments, by checking status and perform quality checks on the documents.
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, Accounting, Statistics, Digital, IT or related.
11+ years of working experience
Master's Degree / PMP certification

Microsoft Office (Word/Excel/PowerPoint) - Advanced
Microsoft Project - Advanced
Microsoft Visio - Advanced
