Penerangan Pekerjaan - Business Development

Identify, prospect, and engage potential customers through outbound and inbound channels
Build and manage a healthy sales pipeline from first contact to handover/close
Understand customer needs and propose relevant solutions
Work closely with Marketing, Sales, and Product teams to refine messaging and go-to-market strategies
Prepare proposals, presentations, and basic commercial discussions
Track activities and pipeline progress using CRM tools
Stay up to date on industry trends, competitors, and customer insights

1–3 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, Partnerships, or a related role
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Comfortable with outreach, follow-ups, and handling objections
Self-motivated, organised, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
Experience in B2B / tech / SaaS is a plus
