Job Purpose
Responsible for drivingthe growth and expansion of the company by identifying and pursuing newbusiness opportunities. They aim to increase revenue, establish strongrelationships with potential clients, and contribute to the organization'soverall success. Their primary goal is to develop and implement effectivestrategies to generate leads, convert prospects into customers, and achievesales targets.
Responsibilities
- Conduct market research to identify potential businessopportunities and target markets.
- Develop and maintain a pipeline of prospective clientsthrough various lead generation techniques.
- Build and nurture relationships with potential clients,understanding their needs, and presenting suitable solutions.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to createcompelling pitches, proposals, and presentations for clients.
- Attend industry events, networking functions, andconferences to expand the company's presence and reach.
- Conduct sales negotiations and close deals with potentialclients to achieve revenue goals.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industrydevelopments to stay ahead of the competition.
- Analyze sales data, track performance metrics, and prepareregular reports for management.
- Work with cross-functional teams to ensure the successfulexecution of new business initiatives.
- Provide insights and feedback to management on marketopportunities, customer feedback, and areas for improvement.
- Continuously enhance product knowledge and keep up-to-datewith industry advancements.
Requirements
- 1 to 3 years of experience as a Business Development Executive.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing concepts, including Facebook Ads/Business Manager, Google Ads, YouTube Ads, SEO, SEM.
- Experience: Previous experience in business development,sales, or a related role is advantageous.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and writtencommunication skills to interact with clients and internal teams effectively.
- Sales Acumen: Strong sales and negotiation skills tosuccessfully close deals and meet revenue targets.
- Relationship Building: Ability to build and maintain strongrelationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Market Knowledge: Solid understanding of the industry,market trends, and customer preferences.
