Penerangan Pekerjaan - Business Development

Coastal Health iscurrently searching for a motivated, career-oriented and confident Business Development Coordinator to join our growing team. This position's benefits include,but are not limited tocompetitive wages, health insurance, life insurance, vision insurance, dental insurance,short- & long-term disability, 401k, up to3 weeks paid time off, 7 paid holidays, and an environment which fosters career and personal growth with the potential to advance within the company.  This individual is responsible for establishing new lines of business between community physicians and extenders, hospitals, assisted living facilities and any clinical practice that may need our services at PGS. It is the responsibility of all sales members to educate referring providers of our extensive clinical capabilities and retain relationships.  Responsibilities:  Develop an in depth understanding of local market dynamics, patient demographics, primary care practice economics & motivators to support development.  Establish and maintain positive working relationship with providers.  Organize and facilitate events that support growth strategy.  Ability & willingness to travel to all areas PGS has market share.  Manage leads, develop pre call planning and document details on daily call log.  Coordinate PGS providers to attend & be introduced to community practices.  Identify and report market intelligence, including competitive positioning, practice growth, any vulnerability to senior leadership.  Adapt hours and availability to meet the needs of our internal and external physician customers.  Analysis of internal reports that identify demographics, payer mix, and specialty  Compassion- We have the responsibility to put the patients' or persons' needs first, including delivering proper care and maintaining confidentiality.  Compliance- Employee has completed required compliance training and demonstrates an understanding of employer's code of conduct.  Communication- Daily, weekly, and monthly communication is necessary in individual and group settings. Good listening skills are key.  Follow-up- Consistently maintaining a high activity and productivity level, sustaining long work hours at times, and communicating the strategic plan through verbal and email lines of communication.  Initiative- Making active attempts to influence events to achieve goals, a self-starter. Proactive and demonstrates self-development.  Integrity- Maintaining and promoting social, ethical, and organizational integrity while conducting internal and external business activities.  Problem Solving- Ability to identify and respond to obstacles that may present daily. Must have the ability to gather information, make timely decisions, make difficult decisions with the input of immediate supervisor when necessary and communicate decisions to others.  Emotional Intelligence- This role may require different types of administrative meetings. IE Hospital administration -knowing the way around a hospital or clinical setting and understanding the chain of command. Proper guidelines and processes when entering a sterile or pre-operative space. This may require appropriate clothing and background check.   High school diploma required, Bachelor's degree in business or related field preferred.  Proven work experience in similar sales development role preferably in the medical field.  Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills  Must have strong analytic skills and pay attention to details with the ability to juggle multiple competing priorities in a demanding environment and possess excellent time management skills.  Self-motivated/ self-starter, can take initiative, can work independently, without supervision, and can step in to support other division initiatives.  Demonstrate commitment and accountability and shows self confidence when executing responsibilities. Excellent corporate work ethics and high level of interpersonal skills to handle sensitive and confidential situations.  #J-18808-Ljbffr
