Business Development Assistant Manager/Manager - Get Hired Fast

Job Description:

• Build a solid pipeline of sales opportunities through both existing and new clients, linking in client facing team members in the BD process where possible, encouraging and facilitating cross-selling and up-selling by team members. 
• Establish, build and maintain relationships with clients, discovering and exploring potential revenue growth opportunities. 
• Possess industry specific technical knowledge and understanding of a governance and professional services environment. 
• Create potential business deals by analysing market strategies, deal requirements, potential and financials, evaluating options and resolving priorities. 

Job Requirement:

• 5+ Years’ experience in a Business Development Assistant Manager / Manager role or similar 
• Relevant governance industry knowledge and experience with a proven sales record and willingness to grow knowledge further.  
• In-depth and demonstrable understanding of the Company Secretarial profession with a proven track record of sales experience will be added advantage. 
• Excellent Interpersonal skills with a record of consistently achieving sales targets. 
• Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills. 
• Fluency in English and Chinese (both written and spoken).
