Business Development Associate

Account & Relationship Management (Banking & Financial Services)

We are looking for a client oriented individual to join our team to execute our ambitious growth plans. As a Business Development Associate, you will play a crucial role in supporting the Institutional Trust - client coverage team in executing marketing strategies, enhancing our brand presence and client centric in attracting new prospect whilst maintaining a strong relationships with existing clients.

Responsibilities:

• To prepare proposals, client meeting reports, initial due diligence screenings and etc.
• To attend to prospects' emails and telephone calls enquiries.
• To secure mandates for the Company. (added advantage)
• To coordinate meetings with internal departments & external parties.
• To work towards the achievement of the Company’s business target.
• Build close rapport and relationships with existing/ potential institutional and corporate clients.
• To exercise and maintain a high standard of professionalism and integrity in dealing with institutional and corporate clients.
• Strive to preserve and enhance the good reputation and goodwill of the Company.

Job Requirements:

• Hold at least a degree from a reputable university.
• Minimum 3 years working experience.
• Legal and Finance background will be an added advantage.
• Experience in Corporate Trust/ DCM/ Unit Trust / REITs / CIS/ ECF/ P2P/ IS/ PRS/ Custodial/ Banking / Investment Bank / Islamic Finance will be an added advantage.
• Possess good verbal and written communication skills, organised and time management.
• Resourceful, proactive and committed to work.
• Computer literate and conversant with Microsoft Office.
