Key Responsibilities:

• Relationship Building: Develop and nurture strong relationships with bankers and property agents to understand their needs and preferences.
• Client Engagement: Proactively engage with clients to identify legal challenges, provide insights, and offer strategic solutions that align with their objectives.
• Business Development: Identify new business opportunities within the banking and real estate sectors, leveraging existing networks and actively prospecting for new clients.
• Problem-solving Approach: Act as a trusted advisor, offering consultative guidance and legal expertise to clients throughout the process.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate closely with legal teams to ensure seamless delivery of services and effective problem-solving for clients.
• Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, market dynamics, and regulatory changes within the banking and real estate sectors to provide informed recommendations to clients.
• Performance Tracking: Monitor and analyze turnover performance metrics, track stakeholder feedback, and identify areas for improvement to optimize strategies and achieve revenue targets.

Qualifications:

• No specific education background required, as we believe in experience and interpersonal skills determines an individual’s performance.
• Understanding of banking, finance, and real estate markets, with the ability and interest to grasp complex legal concepts and articulate them to clients.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with a customer centric approach.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Creative problem-solving skills and a proactive mindset to identify and address client needs effectively.
• English and Mandarin speaking proficiency required due to market demands.
• Basic Microsoft Office skills.
