Business Development cum Marketing Executive - Fast Hire

Job Responsibilities

•A strong passion for local sports especially football and badminton

•Generate income for the company by securing long-term and short-term sponsorship in cash and kinds

•Establish and implement sales strategy, ensure that monthly and annual KPI are accomplished in a manner consistent with organisational requirements

•Identifying, qualifying and engaging potential clients for sales

•Actively expand and maintain the Company’s client base

•Monitor and ensure KPIs/goals as set by the Company’s clients are achieved by the Creators

•Oversee, monitor and analyses trends, data, demographics, media strategies, and other information that can potentially improve marketing and sales performance

•To establish professional relationship with clients, and work closely with other departments in terms of any branded deals or in-house projects

•Any other duties as and when assigned from time to time

Job Requirements

•At least 1 year of experience in Marketing, Sales, Media planning/buying, PR, Events or Sports/Esports/Gaming industry

•Excellent selling, communication and negotiation skills

•Performs well in a team setting

•Has the ability to work independently, highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales and marketing

•Prioritising, time management and organizational skills

•Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to client’s needs

•Strong technical skills on Google Docs, Slides and Sheets

•High level of confidentiality, professionalism with exceptional interpersonal and communication skills

•Positive working attitude, resourceful and meticulous

•Attentive to detail and good in planning and time management

•Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and good team player

•Fast learner with excellent follow up skills

•Computer literate, notably Microsoft Applications

•Good command in both oral and written English

•Must be able to write and speak Bahasa Malaysia

•Able to start immediately
