Business Development Engineer (With technical background) - Excellent Benefits Package

1. Identify new markets and business opportunities.
2. Planning & execution of marketing strategies to promote services to customers.
3. Cold calling to arrange meetings with generated leads to prospect for new business opportunity.
4. Explain in detail about the product and services for generation of business leads.
5. Building relationships with new clients to generate business for the company.
6. Regular follow-ups on daily basis with the prospects & clients.
7. Respond to any duties as and when assigned by the immediate superior.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor’s degree in any engineering or marketing/business administration discipline.
• Preferable at least 5 years in sales and commercial activities.
• Able to read engineering drawing and BOM structure.
• He or she work/experience in semiconductor industry will be added advantage.
• Proficiency in English, and able to speak in tri-lingual will be added advantage.
• Detail oriented and meticulous in consistent manner.
• Strong interpersonal skills involving ability to work effectively cross-functionally and cross-culturally
• Strong written and oral communication skills necessary for meetings and presentations
• With good Initiative and high level of self-discipline and mission determination.
• Station in Penang (Home based), initial training will be in Johor Bahru.
• Require travelling when necessary.
