As we continue to grow, we are looking for a dynamic and driven Business Development Executive to help expand our client base and strengthen our market presence.
Role Overview: We are seeking a motivated and confident Business Development Executive with strong communication skills in Mandarin, Cantonese, and English. This role involves a mix of telemarketing, frontline sales, and networking, requiring someone who is proactive, independent, and comfortable engaging with potential clients through various channels.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and engage potential clients through cold calling and social channels
Attend events, exhibitions, and networking sessions to build relationships and generate leads
Present SummitNext's services confidently to prospective clients
Qualify leads and coordinate with internal teams for proposal development
Maintain and update CRM with accurate lead and client information
Continuously research market trends and identify new business opportunities
Take initiative to learn about BPO services, industry trends, and client needs
Requirements:
Nationality: Malaysian
Experience: 1–5 years in telemarketing, sales, or business development
Language Skills: Fluent in Mandarin and Cantonese (spoken)
Strong English proficiency (spoken and written)
Comfortable with cold calling and proactive outreach
Willing to attend events and meet clients in person
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Confident, well-spoken, and able to build rapport easily
Independent thinker with a self-driven and proactive mindset
Eagerness to learn and grow into a senior Business Development role
Preferred Attributes:
Experience in frontline sales or client-facing roles
Exposure to BPO, outsourcing, or service-based industries (not mandatory)
Strong networking ability and relationship-building skills
