Business Development Executive

Job Description:

• Familiar with all products and services offered by the company.
• Procuring new clients through direct contact, recommendation, cold calling, etc.
• Collaboration with the marketing and sales department to provide necessary support on sales and marketing activities.
• Attending networking activities to research and connect with prospective clients.
• Maintaining good relationships with clients.
• Suggesting upgrades or added products and services that may be of interest to clients.
• Crafting business proposals and contracts to draw in more revenue from clients.
• Negotiating with clients to secure the most attractive prices.
• Collect and review clients' feedback, report to director superior and implementing necessary changes.
• Remaining in tune with trends in consumption to ensure that our offerings remain relevant.
• Follow up tightly with clients on projects and quotations status.
• Liaise and collaborate with related department to ensure timely delivery.
  Develop and maintain systematic filling system to keep historical records.
• Ad Hoc tasks as assigned by immediate superior or management.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field. 
• Able to write and speak with Chinese language.
• Proven experience as a Business Development Executive, Sales Executive, or a similar role.
• Strong understanding of market dynamics and industry trends.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to build and maintain professional relationships.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite.
• Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
