Business Development Executive (Based in KL, Kota Kinabalu & Sandakan) - Professional Development Op

Job Requirements: -

To perform sales and business activities.

1. To promote and monitor General Insurance Bancassurance Product Sales at RHB Branches.
2. To identify potential prospects and build/maintain close rapport with both bankers and customers.
3. Provide sales advisory to the Bank’s customers on General Insurance products.
4. To generate own leads from walk-in customers, bank events, and personal contacts.
5. To identify new sales strategies and approaches to achieve monthly sales target.
6. Actively participate in the bank’s sales and promotion activities.
7. To deliver best sales practice and provide excellent customer service.
8. Ensure sales and services rendered to customers are in compliance with internal and external polices, guideline as well as regulations.

Job qualifications

1. Bachelor in Degree or Diploma Holder. Preferably in Banking/Economics/Finance/Insurance.
2. Or SMP holder with more than 5 years relevant working experiences.
3. Knowledge in insurance (Life & General) & Banking Products.
4. Fluent speaking of English & Bahasa Malaysia. 
5. Cantonese & Mandarin speaking is an added advantage.
6. Able to meet timeline & cope under work pressure.
7. Fresh graduate is welcome to apply.
