For F&B businesses, the restaurant POS system is an essential tool for your daily operations which also includes a QR menu ordering system and restaurant mobile payment system. 

Without incurring any upfront fees or making any adjustments to their current business practises, we offer pubs, clubs, restaurants, cafes, and bars the tools they require to create stunning online menus and take customer orders.

BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT EXECUTIVE (Johor Bahru, Penang, Kuantan, Ipoh, Sabah, Petaling Jaya, Kelantan, Terengganu, Seremban)

Job Qualifications: 

• Those with experience in POS system Industry is an advantage.

Job Description: 

• Develop new accounts by planning, developing implementing & managing promotion & market programs. 
• Carrying out market research and customer surveys to assess demand. Identify potential opportunities in current customers. 
• Establishing contact and developing relations with prospects. 
• Maintains relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance.
• Responsible for collection of payments from customers 
• Provide timely feedback to manager regarding customer’s feedback. 
• Work proactively with other team members 
• Training will be provided

Requirements: 

• Good interpersonal and communication skills 
• Fast learner, pro-active, self-driven and self- motivated
• Able to communicate in English and Malay language. Communication in Mandarin (written & spoken) will be added advantage
• Prefer candidate who can communication in Mandarin (written & spoken) for Johor, Penang & Sabah vacancy.
