Job Description and Responsibilities:
- Marketing and ecosystem management of high-value customer / player groups, cooperate with product development department to increase customer retention.
- Maintain core partnerships and enhance customer relationships, drive sales activities and performance growth.
- Creating marketing plan (such as tournament, promotion activities, etc.) to continuously optimize the recruitment and cultivation process of core partners (main players) / new players.
- Targeting higher user activity, daily engagement rate, retention, and recharge.
- Actively collect feedback from users and provide timely update to operation team for improvement.
- Propose improvement requirements for game functions based on user experience and needs.
- Responsible for researching and developing sales business.
Requirements:
- Education: Diploma, Degree equivalent, or higher
- Work Experience: Fresh graduates are welcome to apply. Candidates with 2 years of working experiences will be prioritized. Training will be provided.
- Skills: Proficient in computer usage, familiar with office software like Microsoft Office.
- Required language(s): Mandarin, English, Bahasa Malaysia (Ability to converse in Mandarin is compulsory as this role requires to deal with China counterparts)
- Personal Qualities: Detail-oriented, responsible, with good organizational and time management skills.
