Penerangan Pekerjaan - Business Development Executive / Sales Executive

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive / Sales Executive to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for digital marketing, a deep understanding of industry trends, and a proven track record of driving business growth. As a Business Development Executive, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and contributing to the overall growth strategy of the agency. Key Responsibilities-Identify and engage with potential clients through various channels, including networking events, referrals, and online platforms.-Conduct in-depth research to understand client needs and develop detailed pitch briefs based on client requirements.-Attend and lead pitch meetings, highlighting the agency's strengths and its ability to address clients' marketing challenges.-Collaborate with the internal team to develop customized digital marketing strategies and proposals for potential clients.-Ensure clients understand the established workflows and maintain regular communication throughout the delivery process.-Stay updated with industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to identify new business opportunities and potential areas for expansion.-Provide regular sales reports and updates to senior management.  [Apply now at https://my.hiredly.com/jobs/jobs-malaysia-webqlo-job-business-development-executive-sales-executive]
-Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. -Proven experience in business development, sales, or a similar role, preferably within a digital marketing agency.-Strong understanding of digital marketing services, including SEO, PPC, social media, content marketing, and web development. -Able to work in a team environment with a proactive attitude and passion for the digital marketing industry.-Strong interest in and expertise in digital marketing and solutions.-Experience in recognising client needs and expressing them in pitches and proposals.-Excellent English communication and presentation skills, both verbally and in writing.-At least 1-2 years of experience with sales or business development in the digital agency.
