Client Acquisition & Relationship Management

Forecast sales performance and provide regular reports to leadership.
Collaboration with Recruitment Teams
Partner with consultants and researchers to align client requirements with suitable candidate pipelines.
Ensure smooth handover of new client accounts to delivery teams while maintaining strong client involvement.
Provide insights from clients to recruitment teams to improve sourcing and candidate engagement.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, HR, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
3–5 years of proven experience in business development or sales, ideally within the recruitment or HR solutions industry.
Strong negotiation, networking, and presentation skills.
Track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a consultative approach.
Resilient, proactive, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
