Principle Duties & Responsibilities:
Sales, Support, Monitoring and Supervision
To assist the Head of Agency in achieving greater market share and performance objectives through the active engagement of the agency channels.
Monitor the performance of agency channel distributions to ensure that they achieve their goals within their designated regions.
Work with the Regional Managers to drive recruitment strategies to grow the active agents base.
Assist and coordinate with the Regional Managers to help motivate their respective agents through branch visits, individual conference, customer seminars and joint sales calls.
Monitor agency campaigns & program to ensure effectiveness in boosting agent productivity.
Assist all Regional Managers in formulating strategies and ground activities to enhance sales.
Handle all enquiries related to agency business.
Provide information on activities, sales campaign and sales applications driven by Head Office.
To support the sales and marketing activities of all agency channel distributions.
Agency Channel Distribution Management
To assist in developing and establishing a larger agency footprint for all regions.
Ensure all UTC nationwide receive support and services by their respective Regional Managers
Promotions/ Campaigns for the regions.
To assist the Head of Agency to drive agency related campaigns for each region to meet their respective targets.
Assist to communicate, monitor and track respective campaigns (where applicable) for the Head of Agency.
Recruitment and Training
To drive recruitment strategies for each region through active engagement with leaders and business opportunities events.
To drive recruitment program to bring in quality & experienced agent to expand agency base.
To provide on-going training to enhance the skills and knowledge of agents. Training topics includes, but not limited to, the following
Company’s products (new and existing)
Support and Services
Soft skills (e.g. “Selling Skills” and “Handling Objections”)
Event Organization
Assist in the management and organization of events related to the agency channels including the following and not limited to
Scheduling seminar/road show’s schedule whilst in liaison with the respective Regional Managers.
Coordinate and administer the activities for the regions under the guidance of Head Office.
Administer of the schedule of training, presentation, road show and etc
Idea Generation
To consistently be on the lookout for new ideas and opportunities that can grow the overall agency business for the company.
Others
To support other departments within the scope of the job function.
To assume any duties and responsibilities as assigned by the management
Those with experience in Insurance especially in ILP will be an added advantage
