Responsibilities:
- Be the focal point of contact between clients and service provider
- Build good rapport with client by providing good services and solutions
- Set targets for business growth, searching for new business opportunities and setting up meetings
- Follow up sales enquiries and prospects, prepare sales quotations & proposals and responses to clients’ requests, RFQ and RFP promptly
- Responsible in delivering presentation – product training or pitching through face to face meetings
- To coordinate on all sales order to be completed and matched with invoices and deliver services to clients.
- To produce daily, weekly and monthly reporting to clients
- To produce monthly sales & target reports to management.
- To oversee & manage the overall day-to day activities to ensure continuous achievement of company goals & objective
Requirements:
- Diploma/Degree in Marketing/Business/Statistic or equivalent
- At least 3 year(s) of working experience in related field.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint for data manipulation and visualization
- Possesses positive attitude, analytical skills and proactive.
- Must able to work under pressure to achieve targets and deadlines
- Proficient in written and spoken English
- Strong in communication and presentation skills
