Business Development Manager (Chinese or Malay)

We are partnering with a young and dynamic financial/FX company led by a management team with over 20 years of experience. Our mission is to simplify trading complexities and deliver excellence to clients across multiple continents and countries. We are seeking a skilled and motivated professional to lead our expansion initiatives in Asia. Position: Business Development Manager Location: Remote from anywhere in ASIA Employment Type: Service Agreement/Self-employment (no Employment contract option available) Remuneration: Fixed monthly payment Responsibilities:

• Identify and develop new business opportunities in Asia.
• Create and execute effective sales and marketing strategies to penetrate the Asian market.
• Manage and nurture strong relationships with potential and current clients in the region.
• Oversee and lead sales and marketing teams in Asia to achieve established goals.
• Collaborate closely with other departments to ensure alignment of business goals and strategies.
• Analyze the market and competition to identify key trends and opportunities.
• Prepare regular reports on business performance and present recommendations for improvements.
• Represent the company at events, conferences, and meetings with clients and potential partners in Asia.

• Fluency in Chinese or Malay, both verbal and written.
• Forex experience with an active portfolio of Asian clients is an absolute must (please do not expect a reply if you do not have this).
• Ideally residing in Asia.
• Proficiency in English is an advantage.
• Demonstrated leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide staff.
• Strong knowledge of how to expand the network quickly.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Results-oriented mindset and ability to work in a goal-driven environment.
• Excellent analytical skills and ability to make informed decisions.
• Availability to travel within Asia as needed.
