Business Development Manager - Get Hired Fast

Job Responsibilities:

• Promote the brand's name, product, and services by interacting with customers, sales prospects, and business partners.
• Develop effective working relationships and build rapport with clients through regular meetings, and identify and obtain further sales and business opportunities.
• Prepare business proposals, quotations, and make sales presentations on the company's products to drive sales and ensure business growth.
• Identify clients' requirements on products for continuous product improvement.
• Develop business and sales strategies for penetrating the market to ensure the attainment of the company's sales goal and profitability.
• Achieve sales target and collection target as determined by the company.
• Establish an excellent customer relationship professionally with all customers.
• Research organizations and individuals online to identify new leads and potential new markets.
• Generate leads, cold calling, and customer visiting
• Generate new leads, identify and contact decision-makers, screen potential business opportunities, select deals in line with strategies, and facilitate pitch logistics.

Job Requirements:

• Hold a Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
• Have a proven track record of success in a similar role.
• Possess excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Be able to think strategically and to lead a team.
• Demonstrate good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Be able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Have good time management and organizational skills.
• Be proficient in Microsoft Office and customer relationship management software.
• Have a valid driving license and willingness to travel.
• Be fluent in English and other languages as required.
