- Liaise with existing clients for repeat business and getting referrals
- Building network with potential client
- Educate client on each type of insurance coverage and make recommendations based on their needs
- Provide transparent advise to client on managing financial needs
- Liaise with customers on pre and post sales services
- Meet customer expectation to ensure satisfaction of insurance coverage
- To achieve monthly and yearly group sales target of all assigned product
- Focus on active engagement with customers and develop strong professional relationship through high network customer service by helping our customer making right decision in financial planning
Job requirement
- Education Diploma or Bachelor Degree of any field
- Experience - 3 years experience in sales and marketing (banker, medical sales representative, unit trust consultant are encourage to apply)
- Special skills - Familiar using Excel and PowerPoint, good presentation skills and communication skills
- Good problem solving, conflict resolution and decision-making skills
- Self-motivated, passionate, innovative, resourceful, proactive, result driven, and ability to work in a fast pace and challenging environment
