Business Development Manager - Hiring Fast

1. Liaise with existing clients for repeat business and getting referrals
2. Building network with potential client
3. Educate client on each type of insurance coverage and make recommendations based on their needs
4. Provide transparent advise to client on managing financial needs
5. Liaise with customers on pre and post sales services
6. Meet customer expectation to ensure satisfaction of insurance coverage
7. To achieve monthly and yearly group sales target of all assigned product
8. Focus on active engagement with customers and develop strong professional relationship through high network customer service by helping our customer making right decision in financial planning

Job requirement

1. Education Diploma or Bachelor Degree of any field
2. Experience - 3 years experience in sales and marketing (banker, medical sales representative, unit trust consultant are encourage to apply)
3. Special skills - Familiar using Excel and PowerPoint, good presentation skills and communication skills
4. Good problem solving, conflict resolution and decision-making skills
5. Self-motivated, passionate, innovative, resourceful, proactive, result driven, and ability to work in a fast pace and challenging environment
