We are looking for Business Development Manager capable of securing new businesses with some technical knowledge.

 

Job Description:

  • Develop prospective accounts from wide variety of industry sectors
  • Formulate strategies to achieve allocated sales targets and objectives.
  • Ensure full and timely communication and coordination with customers and principles.
  • To manage clients expectation in projects assigned, attend to projects requirements such meetings, reports, quotations, proposals etc
  • To be liaising with technical teams from other service providers and principals to come out with solutions that meet clients expectation or for potential projects.
  • Support and participate actively in contract negotiations towards successful completion.
  • Establish contacts and liaise with customers and consultants to promote company capabilities to secure business opportunities.
  • Define/identify customer requirements, obtain customer budget allocation, and provide comprehensive support to the customer to promote company supplies and service to increase company chances in the government / oil and gas market.
  • Solicit customer feedback. Communicate issues to management related departments for proper solution to be reverting back to customer. (Project Management, Engineering, Logistic, Quality Assurance, etc.).
  • Develop, maintain a business plan and develop new customer pool.
  • Assist in performing analytical functions and provide information concerning the latest technological application in the industry and company’s competitors.
  • Assist on organizing exhibition, conferences and other sales event.
  • Updating Weekly Sales Plan, Sales Frontlog and other required Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools.
  • Any other duties as may be assigned by immediate superior / manager.

 

Requirements:

  • Candidates must possess at least a Degree in Information Technology / Electronic & Electrical / Oil & Gas Petroleum or equivalent.
  • Strong analytical and ability to prioritise the workload.
  • Positive attitude, initiative, hardworking and team player with strong interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Self-starter with a strong desire to learn and to deliver superior results.
  • Willing to travel locally and outstation. Overseas traveling will be required depending on your accounts / customers.
  • Outspoken and Sociable personnel.
  • Good presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently with minimum supervision.
  • SALES experiences needed - 3 - 5 years' experience 

 

Candidates with following criteria will have added advantage:

  • Good and strong contacts in Oil & Gas Industry especially on IT/Telecommunication/Instrumentation/fabrication and/or in Government sector.
  • Priority will be given to candidates with knowledge, understanding and experience on: 
    1. IT/Telecommunication/Instrumentation.
    2. field instruments, SCADA, PAGA.
    3. Artificial Intelligent software
