NiceDay is seeking a passionate and driven individual to join our expanding team in Kuala Lumpur and lead our parent-child market development efforts. WHAT YOU’LL DO:

• Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitor analysis in the Kuala Lumpur parent-child market.
• Develop and implement marketing strategies to reach and engage mothers and families in Kuala Lumpur.
• Assist in launching and promoting new parent-child products and services.
• Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders in the Kuala Lumpur parent-child industry.
• Contribute to the establishment and growth of the NiceDay team in Kuala Lumpur.
• Manage social media content creation and engagement, including Instagram Reels.

WHAT YOU’LL NEED:

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in the parent-child industry (e.g., marketing, retail, event planning).
• Proven ability to analyse market data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and digital marketing tools.
• Strong network within the Kuala Lumpur parent-child community.
• Passionate about creating fun, engaging, and meaningful experiences for children and families.
• Energetic, self-motivated, and results-oriented with a can-do attitude.
• Excellent time management and multitasking skills.
• Collaborative and adaptable, with a thrive on building strong relationships.
• An eye for detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
