The ideal candidate will have a strong business development and outdoor sales background with the ability to build and maintain relationships with healthcare partners in the Malaysia market. He/She will play a pivotal role in expanding MaNaDr's presence in West Malaysia, particularly in Kuala Lumpur and Johor.
Job Responsibilities :
- Conduct market research to identify potential clients, industry trends and competitive offerings.
- Achieve sales and business development goals by developing go-to-market strategies, cultivating leads, and managing business related tasks.
- Establish and maintain strategic collaborations, search for new cooperation prospects, and cultivate links with vendors, partners, and important customers.
- Research the latest in the business industry and have a strong understanding of company products or services as well as business position to keep business competitive.
- Communicate with marketing team to manage the corporate branding plan and strategy in accordance with the overall business goals and vision.
- Identify business possibilities and organize business-generating activities such as public events, social media presence, and webinars.
- Prepare quotes and proposals for prospective partners and customers.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or any related field.
- At least 2 years working experience in Business, Marketing, or any related field.
- Prefer candidates with experience in medical or corporate.
- Motivated, proactive, results-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Strong communication and organization skills.
- Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
- Proven success in penetrating geographical accounts.
- Advantageous to have a strong background in the sales process, business, and project management.
