Business Development Manager (Logistic)

• Responsible for sales to existing and new customers.
• To monitor latest development and challenges in the market and assist the management on the market strategies.
• Supervise orders and arrange stocking of raw material or equipment to meet customers need
• Communicate with suppliers and customers to achieve the profitable deals and mutual satisfaction
• Plan and track the products according to customers need
• Analyse data to access performance and implement improvements
• Generate leads through various channel such as cold calling, networking and online platform
• Identify key area to growth and develop the strategies to capitalize on emerging opportunities
• Coordinate and schedule task for lorry drivers and driver attendants, ensuring prompt resolution and customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with internal departments to coordinate logistics activities and ensure alignment with company goals.
• To assist in achieving the company goals and objective

Job Requirements:-

• Proven experience in business development, sales or related field, with a track record of success in meeting or exceeding target
• At least 2-3 years of experience in logistics, transportation or a related field
• Computer literate
• Excellent communication skills.
• Able to work independently, self-motivated and well organized
• Full-Time position(s) available.
• Willingness to travel as needed
• Understanding of market dynamics, business trends and customer needs
• Strong leadership and management skills, with the abilities to motivate and develop a high-performing team
