Business Development Manager (Manufacturing) - Generous Compensation

Job Responsibilities & Task:

• Directing, planning and coordinating marketing efforts
• Establishes marketing goals based on past performance and market forecasts
• Establish positioning, identify target audiences, and develop marketing plans with specific objectives across different channels and segments
• Researches and analyses market trends, demographics, pricing schedules, competitor products, and other relevant information to form marketing strategies
• Identify effectiveness and impact of current marketing initiatives with tracking and analysis, and optimize accordingly
• Works within the department budget to develop cost-effective marketing plans for each product or service
• Tracks all marketing and sales data and creates detailed written reports and verbal presentations to bring to senior executives
• Provides short- and long-term market forecasts and reports by directing market research collection, analysis, and interpretation of market data.
• Works with marketing staff to develop detailed marketing plans for all media channels and sales teams
• Maintains relations with customers by organizing and developing specific customer-relations programs and determining company presence at conventions, annual meetings, trade associations, and seminars.
• Analytical, resourceful, organized, meticulous, responsible, excellent problem-solving skills, and committed to meeting deadlines.
• Able to travel domestic and international market for visiting or developing customer
• Other ad hoc tasks assigned by CEO

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree / Diploma with minimum 5 years working experience in Manufacturing field
• Specializing in marketing or business development will be an added advantage.
• Good communication and entertainment skill with customer
• Fluent in English; excellent oral and written communication skills
• Strong desire in meeting company's objective and target.
• Detailed with excellent problem-solving skills, proactive, good team player and able to meet tight deadlines
• Possess your own transport and are willing to travel.
• Positive attitude, independent and fast learner
• Possess good leadership skills and able to lead consultant team to accomplish given assignments
• Able to work independently with strong responsibilities
